This is the BEST news in TO in the last 3 years ! Let's hope that whoever takes the mayors chair gets it steam cleaned before sitting in it .. there's a lot of "stink" to be removed ! LOL !

the sad part is that this big bag of S..T is going to be collecting a very hefty pension.
